Broadland Brie is a pasteurised, soft white mould ripened cows cheese. Deliciously buttery with hints of mushroom. Perfect sliced and eaten with fresh fruit or baked like a Camembert.
Broadland Brie are available in 200g and 400g.
Please note that we use vegetarian rennet in all our cheese.
