Come and experience making cheese with Fielding Cottage, home to award-winning goat’s cheese since 2009.
This day course will take you through the science behind the process, give you a tour of our state-of-the-art factory, and give you hands-on experience making your very own goat’s cheese.
We’ll kick off at 9am and finish at 3pm (approximately), with a tea and coffee break at 10:30am and a lunch break in The Goat Shed Kitchen, where you’ll enjoy a grazing board of cheese, crackers and salad.
At the end of the day you’ll take home a certificate, a booklet covering everything you’ve learned, along with a box of goat’s cheese to enjoy!
