Job Title: Sous Chef
Hours: 42 hours per week
Salary: £29,000
Position: Full time, permanent

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of working in a busy kitchen environment who thrives on creating fresh, seasonal food and delivering outstanding customer service. You will need to have a commitment to quality and creativity and be ready to support driving our culinary vision to new heights.

The Role

  • Oversee and supervise the Kitchen team in the absence of the Head of Food.
  • Supports the Head of Food in designing and costing menus.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Kitchen is operating to the highest food safety and health and safety standards at all times.
  • To work with other managers and departments within the business.
  • Support with the Production / Bakery

About You

Our ideal candidate will have a proven experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen environment with strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavours and presentation. With excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for quality food.
